185lb Deadlifts, 21 reps (pronated grip)
Pull-ups, 30 reps

I felt really good and controlled on this one. I broke the deadlifts into sets of 7 and pull-ups into sets of 10 (sets of 5 for the 3rd round.) This was a brutal one but it was such a good balanced workout, I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be seeing this one again sometime in the near future.
