"Everyone has dreams.....right? I have lots of dreams. I am working daily to achieve my goals and chipping away at large dreams I see in the future. This brings me to another question. If I don't have the capacity to achieve my dreams because the way my mind, work ethic, or desire do not meet the demands of the task, is it impossible to reach my larger goals?
I have the same question for a crossfitter. Many people want to train for the crossfit games but they might not have the engine to get them there. Their body might not have the capacity to perform under the demands of 8 crossfit workouts in two days. So the question is does the person have the wrong goals or do they need to figure out a way to make it happen?
This is why I believe everyone needs a coach or a mentor in their lives. What do you think?"

Right goals but need to find a way to make it happen. Many people will walk into a gym thinking it's easy to go to the CF Games until they do a WOD compared to some of the firebreathers that have been. Granted everyone has their weaknesses and strengths but I think people need to set little goals with in the big one so they can make it to where they want to be. You can't focus on everything at once or progress will be slow.....you got to focus on few to get big.
Hey I've been telling my old coach, from back in like Jan about you. We did programming together after the Games for the members in his gym and seen a big difference......anyways he posted one of your videos on his site today from the OPT challenge. crossfitalexandria.com
