Right goals but need to find a way to make it happen. Many people will walk into a gym thinking it's easy to go to the CF Games until they do a WOD compared to some of the firebreathers that have been. Granted everyone has their weaknesses and strengths but I think people need to set little goals with in the big one so they can make it to where they want to be. You can't focus on everything at once or progress will be slow.....you got to focus on few to get big.

Hey I've been telling my old coach, from back in like Jan about you. We did programming together after the Games for the members in his gym and seen a big difference......anyways he posted one of your videos on his site today from the OPT challenge. crossfitalexandria.com
