I had a stronger confidence and mindset for this workout today than I have ever had before. I never came close to breaking down focus and was able to really give this one everything my body is capable of. I think I have found some extremely useful ways of thinking that will help me direct and maintain my focus during the tough part of workouts when that voice in my head tells me to slow down. Now that I have the wheel turning, it won't be long till I'm spinning at full speed. Great day.
You bastard! I think your running improvement is a HUGE motivating factor for my improvement as well. Very inspiring Colin. Lets both break 20 minutes next time.

Hey CJ, great improvement, but is this the 3.25 mi course of the new 3.1 (i.e. true 5k) course?
