First, I would like to thank everyone for your enormous support yesterday. For those of you who came by CFV to lend your help and encouragement, thank you. Everyone of you who called, texted, or in some way messaged me, thank you. I am extremely grateful for the community that surrounds me and gives me the motivation and support I need to pursue excellence.
Yesterday, I made many mistakes and they cost me. I unfortunately stayed inside of my comfort zone, while others rose up and rocked this challenge. I need to get outside of my comfort zone and be able to leave everything I have with each effort. Efforts like yesterday's will not bring me to the level I need to be at.
There is always much more to learn from losing than winning, and I have definitely learned a lot more about myself from this challenge than the 1st. Weaknesses were exposed and the mindset I took toward these weaknesses set me up for failure. I can now take steps to remedy these issues. My programming does not need to be remedied; instead, the way I approach and take on my workouts can be improved.
The next 3 days will be rest days for me. Instead of working out, I'll be focused on seeking out my old ways and old mindsets that have been limiting me and create strategies to eliminate them.

Colin, you show true maturity and strength in recognizing that from "losing" you may improve. In my opinion that makes you a winner any day. Watching you was inspiring nonetheless; we all agree that you are a champion today, tomorrow, and in the future. Congratulations to you my friend. Enjoy the rest.
