Accuracy is the ability to control movement in a given direction or at a given intensity.
Wall-balls are an obvious choice when describing accuracy. If the ball is not thrown at the right angle, it fails to hit the wall in the right place. And if not thrown with the appropriate amount of intensity, the ball will not hit it's target.
Can you think of some other movements where accuracy is crucial?

"All of us get knocked down, but it is the resiliency that really matters. All of us do well when things are going well, but the thing that distinguishes athletes is the ability to do well in times of great stress, urgency, and pressure."
-Roger Staubach

WOD: 9:36 (53#)
First WOD using regular pullups! I also added 10# to my thrusters. Did pullups in sets of two, and first round of thrusters I did 11 unbroken. Next time will do this as Rx'd with pullups in sets of three.

WOD: 9:22
First set 95#, then down to 65# for second and third sets.
Tried kipping pullups for first time, much easier to get reps. Sadly, last few reps pretty sloppy.
Faith, great job with pullups!
