Learning how to lift weights can sometimes feel strange. You get set up in new positions that often don't feel familiar or comfortable. Then you are asked to do it again, and again, and again, and again! Eventually with enough practice, these movements begin to feel much more comfortable. And hopefully they will begin to feel so natural that you begin to use these movements OUTSIDE of the gym.
What weightlifting movements have you found useful outside of CFV?

50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees 2 Elbows
45 pound Push Press, 50 reps
50 Back Extensions
20 Pound Wall-Ball, 50 reps (14 pounds for women)
50 Burpees
50 Double-Unders
