Congratulations to Jennifer (yes...another one!), Kim, and Tessie for completing their elements course! These girls have been doing awesome these past 2 weeks and finished strong with "Fran"! Make sure to introduce yourself to them as they enter the group classes. We are lucky to have this cool group become part of the CFV family!

disappointing today: 65-65-70-45x3-45x3-45x3-45x3 - trouble getting the movement therefore went down in weight to work on form

I was told to stay off my foot for awhile so instead I got my PR for pull-ups: 20! I did 100 pull-ups altogether...plus 100 sit-ups.
