WOD:
Jumping out of a plane from 13,000 feet in the air (L-sit for the landing)

Time: 1 minute of free-falling, a couple minutes or so floating

This was one of the most amazing experiences ever! Thanks Faith, Kevin, Ben, and Kim for being such great skydiving partners!

WOD 21-15-9 (back squats 55# and regular kipping pull-ups)

don't remember the time! I was just so happy I did all of the pull-ups! And I have a new max pull-up record: 7

Can't wait to see pictures and hear about the skydiving!
