then,
5 rds of 400m run and (5 x (1 power snatch, 3 OHS))
24:something, they weren't really timing themselves due to testing their ability to self motivate with no external factors (beating times, name on board with time, competition with others, etc.)
Pretty cool place

5/6 - Good to be back!

5/6. It was tough getting great times with the gigantic clump/ heard/ stampede running all over the place! It was fun anyway.

6/6. I really wanted that 5, but at least I was consistent.
