Those squats were really hard today. I didn't realize how hard they would be after not doing them for so long!

True. But put the words together and you have a new animal. An outrigger canoe...a canoe with lateral support floating mechanisms attached which are called an outriggers.
Gotta love compound nouns.
Sort of like scuttlebutt.
