Congratulations to Thea, Matt, BJ, Sydney, Rona, and Jade who all did a great job participating in our new 1-month "On Ramp" Course!!! On their last day, they completed the same workout they did on their first day. As you can see, they completely crushed their original times!! Great work you guys!

Okay,
I'm doing burpees on gravel, grass, and everyone knows that those filthy sidewalks are just plain unsanitary...today I felt like a real Southern Californian. Now, I'm all itchy from the grass burpees. It was good to see Ed today, however, I'm bummed out that I missed Mase in the afternoon. That guy's like some kind of superhero or something.
