Okay,
I'm doing burpees on gravel, grass, and everyone knows that those filthy sidewalks are just plain unsanitary...today I felt like a real Southern Californian. Now, I'm all itchy from the grass burpees. It was good to see Ed today, however, I'm bummed out that I missed Mase in the afternoon. That guy's like some kind of superhero or something.

I love this quote from the posted article Colin. Not only is it the solitude of morning darkness, but it is the solitude of our own minds which we all must overcome. When we are all able to defeat our own demons, we will be the ultimate trainees.
