I have no idea what's in store for the competitors at the Games...all I know is that that hill will most likely be a part of it.

I just don't know...Glassman said that most? all? the movements had not been in competition. So...maybe something with GHD...but other than that who knows. For the team WOD's I can only hope for pull ups, push ups, box jumps and air squats or back squats...haha. Right! Better work on my wall balls. :-)
