Congratulations to Craig and Chris for finishing strong through their "On Ramp" Course! These guys are both good movers. Don't be surprised to see them work their way up to some very competitive WOD times. If you see them around, make sure to welcome them to CFV!

CFSP WOD
"Nicole"
Completed 5 rounds - 7-6-6-6-4 pull-ups(B-band)
First time with Nicole. I have to say, the humidity doesn't help. I felt pretty dizzy and queazy.
Also, is it possible for us to get red bands? I think that a lot of us would benefit from them(me included).

I missed today because i was getting a new dog. Her name is Cailin. I will bring her tomorrow if you anyone wants to meet her. She's pretty RAD so far.
I am pretty bummed about missing the WOD though but she is pretty darn cute.
Welcome to CFV Craig and Chris.

Colin, I hear you were talking about me with my mom today and how I'm eating at IHop up here...she was totally wrong about what I would eat! I ate eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, and fruit. I purposely didn't eat the pancakes (I would've too you know!). I tried to eat healthy this morning. :) But then I had pizza for dinner...oh well.
There's no way I'm doing strict Paleo this week. It's near to impossible to do that when I have to eat out for every meal. I'll still keep track though! Some points are better than none!

And welcome Craig and Chris! Can't wait to meet you when I get back next week!
