My right shoulder is much stronger than my left, I'm a lefty, go figure. Weight was easy on the right side.
Awesome pic Lisa!

No front squats for me today. I will get there. The squat practice drill that Colin showed Kat and I will be very helpful. I am going to do that a few times before each WOD so I can actually do squat workouts! I liked it and could really feel the difference.

I agree with Kat (but I am Right handed). The right side was much easier for the thrusters. The more I thought about it I realized that not only is it my weak side but we did it 2nd each round and was worn out from the first 10 squats. Does this mean that I am not getting the same "thrust" up because my squat is tired which makes it a little harder or is it that my left arm is weaker? Or is it both and that is why we do it second? To strengthen our weaker side.... hmmm....
The hip resistance movement that we did was awesome! Holy Moly! But my hips feel great tonight! I'm going to feel this one when I go down the stairs in the morning and I'll think of you Kat! :)

Yeah, the right shoulder was definitely a limiting factor in the thruster workout. I liked how righty cracked the whole time I was thrusting.
The hip resistance movement was great; I really needed to work on that, who knew!?

i am a lefty too and found my left shoulder to be weaker than my right...could be an old injury from when i was hit by a car and flew landing on my left side--
anyway
i don't think sit ups are stupid :)

I came home and told Matt it was nice practicing squats with you Lisa... I feel left out on squat workouts when I'm by myself. Nice to have someone to work with watching each other for constant feedback. Thanks Lisa. Once again, awesome pic!

I did back squats at lunch, so me and Mike threw down some pistol work: very needed, those puppies are super hard and I cant come close to going below parallel yet.
