245-265-275(1) worked on form with Major and last set sucked! Major was able to show me how to fix it so I'm stoked.
76 Pullups (30 unbroken) I can do more unbroken I feel but wanted to keep some in the tank for the next couple rounds.

Jaala,
Matt can easily fail an English test if you need bodies.

I'm planning on going to the goal setting seminar, and I really wanted to come in with lots of good ideas and dreams. Unfortunately all I have come up with is a short term goal of going to the goal setting seminar, so hopefully its useful!
But seriously, what are you all planning on bringing/ planning on having planned out going into this seminar?

AMRAP: 23! I connected 3 pullups today (not during the WOD) so I used the skinny green band and connected 7!!! YAHOo!!! Really short term goal: GET OFF THE BANDS!!! :)
I would've loved to see the ground kissing thing Ed!
Ben-See you at the seminar!!!

Major talked me into doing the 500m Row Complex.
Lets just say it was not easy, 9 x 500m rows with 2min rest between each row. 70% 80% 90% repeat 3 times.
Dam Leg!
