Good stuff, Faith. Smart guy, that fellow crossfitter, haha.

Great post Faith. I hate seeing Burpees anyday regardless of how I feel, how much energy I have, how much I drank the night before, how much sleep I got, what time of day it is, etc. I'm negative when it comes to burpees, I HATE THEM.

I was very content on my performance of Filthy Forty. (40 Burpees was so much better than 50).

Awesome Post Faithness! Love ya!

NO workout can beat you, unless you let it!! Nothing else matters.

Perfect post for the weekend, Faith. Mentally, and as a result physically, I took a dive after the hip extensions. I got inside my head and couldn't get out. I've learned my new tip on double unders... Go until I feel like I can't move another inch... Then they connect. Go figure.

Faith, great post. You are so much tougher than you think!

You said it all Faith. Perfect.

Not a bad first run at this, I am happy with my time and I did it Rx'd. Those Hip Extensions are no joke I will be sore for a week!

WOD:

I would still rather do Filthy Fifty than FGB.

This is great insight. I know that half my battle is mental. Negative thinking keeps me from reaching my full potential. The way you described that inner battle with burpees is EXACTLY what I go through. Thanks for keeping it real!

great post Faith. mental preparation is key.

Very appropriate post for this workout!
