As most of you have noticed by now, one of our primary focuses during our current training cycle these past 5 weeks has been to get everyone stronger at some of the basic lifts (squat, deadlift, press). The week we are in right now is the last one of this cycle. Then, next week, we will be shifting gears and beginning a new cycle.
It will be different from anything we've ever done.
Are you ready?

Bench was a nice strength, my previous 1RM is 205 so that's nice. The met-con went better than expected, the CTB always suck but whatever.
I want to place an order for the OPT store some time soon but the shipping is extreme because its from Canada. I was wondering if anyone else wants to buy either t-shirts or whatever, and we can just split the cost of the shipping. If we get three or four people wanting to do it, the shipping drastically improves.

Ryan...I kinda want to get the nutrition DVD. How much is shipping?

Be careful Snider, there is some crazy Canada charge for orders over 200 dollars. If you want VMG or ReFuel, you can get it in the US from Greg Everett. If you want something else (and it is not too big) i will be heading up there in 12 days and can pick it up for you.

Sweet, thanks CJ. I just want the nutrition dvd and maybe some t-shirts. But that sounds great, do you want me to order it and have you pick it up there or just have you buy it there?

WOD 115#, 125#, 130#

Good work Steph!

Blue band? Blue band! Yay!! Kipping is my new friend. Red here I come. There's something about the snatch movement my left shoulder isn't liking. 10# was light on the right, 15# was too much on the left.
I've been digging the focus on lifts in the new year. Excited to see what's up next!

John Durant is my dream man. Too bad I don't have celiac disease.

Jaala...I bet he could get past that. ;-)
