Colts but Saints would make a better story.
LBBS: 95-105-115/4:07
Tip of the day - don't try to do pullups after a 1K row - unless you like icing tweaked tendons.

Noon class you ROCK!!! I love coaching you guys, I am so glad I snagged this picture... Ya'll were wrecked, I was so proud :)
Also, if anyone has any questions regarding the OLY I workshop please email me at major@crossfitventura.com. Currently their are 3 spots left in the Saturday class and I have 2 people on the waiting list for the Sunday class, which I will open up as soon as the Saturday class fills up.
I am really excited to coach this workshop as OLY lifting is one of my passions in life!
The workshop is designed to expose YOU to Olympic style weightlifting, break bad habits, begin to build good habits & most importantly to build a strong foundation to build off of as your CrossFit career progresses!
Looking forward to it guys!

By the way as far as the super bowl goes I love both teams and could not be happier with either team winning.... That said how could you not root for the Saints!
35-31 Saints!

I havent been this sore in my quads in a long time compared to that WOD too Jeniffer S.. I don't think I've ever done 88 hang squat cleans in one day before. Oh yeah, where are Craig and KP's pictures of post-WOD glory?
A Main Site WOD for me today:
AQAP
A1: 5 rounds, 15-12-9-6-3 reps, of 225# Dead Lift
A2: 5 rounds, 50-40-30-20-10 reps, of pull ups
21.10 (Rx'd)

Saints.
High Bar back Squat: 305-315-325
1K: 3:26.6
This picture accurately depicts my feelings directly after yesterday's WOD. Matt, you are a slave driver.
