Free Private Introduction!
Contact us to set up your free private introductory session to see what CrossFit is really all about! This is a great opportunity to take part in one of our exciting CrossFit workouts, ask any questions you may have, and observe for yourself the positive and supportive community that is created here everyday at CFV.
On Ramp Course
This is where your journey begins! Our CrossFit On Ramp Course serves as an introduction to the CrossFit methods, where you will be exposed to our movement curriculum as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels inherent in our training. It is designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our ongoing group classes.
If you are already familiar with CrossFit, these sessions will be used to sharpen your form, learn more technical movements, and leave you with a firm grasp of the exercises and substitutions that suit your specific needs in order to prepare you to safely participate in a group environment.
This course is a prerequisite for joining our group classes. It meets 3 days a week for 4 weeks and is limited to 10 people per course. If the session hours do not fit your schedule or you would like more individualized attention during your training, contact us to schedule 1-on-1 private training.
Please note: if you have pre-existing injuries or are deconditioned, additional private coaching sessions may be required before joining our group classes.
Group Classes
Once you have completed the CrossFit On Ramp Course, you may join the CFV team and sign up for our group classes.These classes run 60 minutes and consist of a warm-up, skill review, The Workout, and conclude with some stretching and/or additional work as time permits.
* Firefighters, LEO, and Military will receive a 15% discount
* Full-Time Students will receive a 15% discount

Drop-Ins

Reserved for visiting CrossFit members from other affiliates or returning CFV members. Others should contact us first.

Personal Training
Whether your goal is to improve your form and perfect your mechanics, optimize your diet, or utilize training methods specific to your sport and individual needs, one-on-one personal sessions with one of our experienced CrossFit trainers are a great way to achieve your fitness goals!
