Developing fitness and health is all about commitment. Whether coming in two days a week or five, consistency and commitment is what ultimately will lead to long term success and results in our program. With busy work schedules, family commitments, and everything else life throws at us, it can be easy to make excuses for not showing up and staying consistent. The athletes on this page have demonstrated their commitment to their fitness by training at CrossFit Ventura for over 1 year.
